FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating canal by exposing tumor node to laser radiation by means of direct radiation output light guide having no envelope. Canal width corresponds to scattering cylindrical end piece diameter. Canal length is equal to 2/3 of node length in the end piece introduction direction. Laser hyperthermy treatment is applied. In particular case of tumor node diameter being greater than 4 cm, canal is made and node hyperthermy treatment is carried out from points spaced 2 cm apart from one another.
