FIELD: systems for tool positioning. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes mounting member and base frame, both are joined with possibility of engagement-disengagement with support arranged near object for performing works. Frame of base includes rotary member mounted with possibility of rotation on mounting member and first arm for mounting tool with possibility of rotation. According to invention first arm is secured to rotary member in such a way that said arm may move in lengthwise direction. Positioning apparatus also includes fixing members, for example screws for securing first arm to rotary member. Apparatus may have second arm secured to first one and providing possibility for regulating engagement and mounting tool into it. Mounting member may have grooves worked in its surface and designed for embedding fixing members. Apparatus also may have raising arm directed upwards and secured to first arm; second arm is secured to raising arm.
