SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing and mounting the front part of a vehicle having a structure comprising a front technical side 1 forming a structure on which the engine cooling elements are mounted and on which the vehicle front bumper and the front lamps 2 are fixed. The vehicle also includes a hood 3 pivotally mounted on the hinge arms 4 rigidly connected with the vehicle structure and the side wings 5 connected to the front strut pads 6 of the vehicle structure. The method comprises a stage for fitting the front technical side 1 in the transverse direction Y to a certain transverse position with respect to the hood 3 by means of a template disposed between the hood 3 and the front technical side 1.
EFFECT: better control over gaps and joints between the respective hood edges, lamps, and wings of the vehicle.
