FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus for preparing brewer's wort or other fermentation product has vessel with steam jacket and mixing device, delivery unit, and suction pipe. Vessel has water supply branch pipe and discharge branch pipe. Mixing device is defined by at least two branch pipes arranged one above the other in axially aligned relation for rotation in opposite directions. Cavity of each branch pipe is connected via pipeline with tree-way valve to delivery unit discharge end. One of branch pipes is made in the form of symmetrical hollow blade. Auxiliary blades may be attached to each branch pipe. EFFECT: increased efficiency by improved mixing process. 2 cl, 8 dwg
