Device includes technological tank, branch pipes to feed liquid and solid product into technological tank to produce mass to be treated, fixtures for heating up and mixing of treated mass, pipe-line to pump treated semifinished item, blower pumping treated mass and connected to outlet of branch pipe coming in the form of hollow blade mounted for rotation with one hole, as minimum, to feed treated medium into technological tank.
