FIELD: chemical industry; technological installations.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the technological installation and may be used in chemical industry and the food-processing industry for realization of the different production processes, for example, for the heat treatment of the liquid medium at its stirring action. The technological installation includes the technological tank connected with the pipeline for feeding the product in it and with the pipeline for withdrawal of the end product from it. In the technological installation there is the heat exchanger made in the form of the hollow mixer consisting, for example, of the hollow vanes. The hollow mixer is connected through the hub with the pipeline used for transit of the heat carrier or cold carrier, and one more pipeline used for withdrawal from it medium having given to it its heat or cold. The hollow mixer is kinematically connected with its drive. The drive of the mixer can be placed on the side of the upper part of the technological tank or on its lower side. With the purpose to control the mixer rotation without feeding the heat or the cold carrier onto its drive the feeding pipeline and the withdrawal pipeline used for the heat or cold carrier are linked to each other by the bypass pipe, on which there is the force device with connection to it of the pipeline used for feeding of the auxiliary medium. In the separate case the working cavity of the drive of the mixer may be connected with the stationary heat exchanger, and its rotor is mechanically connected with the arbor of the solid mixer. The installation allows to perform efficiently the functions of the stirring action and the heat exchange.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the efficient fulfillment of the functions of the stirring action and the heat exchange.
