FIELD: construction and repair of automobile roads; devices for spraying viscous liquids, such as bitumen or mazut in furnace unit. SUBSTANCE: injector is provided with toroidal circular mixing chamber. Passage for liquid to be atomized is located inside passage feeding the spraying gas. Outlet sections of passages are tapering at angle of inclination from tangential direction of 10 to 25 deg. Towards outer diameter of mixing chamber. Mixing chamber is provided with baffle plate for deflection of centrifugal vortex away from jets of outlet passages. Exhaust nozzle is provided with shut-off valve for organization of vortex which closed exhaust nozzle in inoperative position. Shut-off valve may be made in form of piston with built-in spring. Valve body and steam are heat- insulated. EFFECT: enhanced stability of spray cone at low consumption of liquid. 4 cl, 2 dwg
