FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: nozzle for wet dust collection units comprises a cylindrical gas supply chamber 1, an axial sprinkler 3 with throttle holes 6 for liquid supply and a swirler of gas-liquid flow 7. The sprinkler 3 with throttle holes 6 is blanked off from outlet end by a centrifugal element 9, consisting of successively joined profiled disks 10, 11, on the end part of which there are projections and recesses in the form of Archimedes' spiral. The projections on one disk 10 enter with a gap the recesses on the other disk 11 to form a channel in the form of Archimedes' spiral, which communicates with cavity of the cylindrical chamber 1, in the end part of which there is a disk 4 with a perforation 5 for gas inlet, the external surface of which is rigidly connected to the cylindrical chamber 1, and inner surface to the sprinkler 3. Two swirlers 7 and 8 are mounted successively in the cylindrical chamber 1. The swirler 7 placed at the inlet of the gas flow, is rigidly fixed to the tube 2 of the sprinkler 3. The swirler 8 at the outlet is rigidly fixed to the inner surface of the cylindrical chamber 1. Between swirlers 7 and 8, there are clearances for interaction with gas and liquid: a tangential clearance 16 and an axial clearance 15. A diffuser 14 is attached to end part of cylindrical chamber 1 at the outlet. A rod 12 is attached to disk 11 of centrifugal member 9 coaxially to the sprinkler 3, at the free end of which by means of at least three spokes 18, a gas-liquid flow splitter 13 is arranged in the form of a perforated circle.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of finely dispersed gas-liquid phase formation.
