FIELD: manufacture of equipment, for example for heat and nuclear power plants. SUBSTANCE: apparatus may be mounted in radial drilling or similar machine tool. Apparatus includes holder for fastening tool mounted in spindle of machine tool with possibility of rotation and axial motion; oil header for feeding cutting fluid to cutting zone having two hollow cylinders concentrically arranged one inside another with possibility of their relative axial motion; cuttings chute rigidly secured to drilling stock of machine tool coaxially relative to its spindle; power annular hydraulic cylinder. Outer cylinder of cuttings chute is joined with body of power annular hydraulic cylinder whose annular piston is secured to inner cylinder of cuttings chute. In outer end of cuttings chute there is bottom having at least one window for collecting discharged cutting fluid and cuttings fallen from cutting zone. Detachable guiding sleeve for tool is mounted on said bottom along axis of cuttings chute. In lateral wall of each cylinder of cutting chute there is lengthwise groove designed for passing union for supplying cutting fluid to oil header, both grooves are mutually coincided at assembling cutting chute. EFFECT: simplified design and maintainance of apparatus. 2 c, 2 dwg
