FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: output link of system which transmits rotation to spindle 2 from main drive is made as planetary gear. Stationary crown gear 7 of planetary gear is secured to end of extended hub 8. Second end of extended hub 8 is coupled rigidly to body 1. Spindle 2 may be made in the form of hollow shaft passing through body 1. Working end of shaft is coupled to device for securing changeable tool 4. Cutting fluid is delivered to cutting zone over axial channels of tool and mandrel. Second end of spindle is hinge-connected to chamber 19 of cutting fluid supply system. Spindle may be made either integral with planetary gear carrier or may be fixed to the latter. Spindle may also be made integral with central gear 5 or may be fixed to it with corresponding manufacture of other constructional elements of planetary gear.
