SUBSTANCE: hydraulic drive contains hydraulic station, fluid-pressure accumulator, check valve, hydraulic cylinder for feeding cutting disk, hydraulic cylinder of the clamping device, and hydraulic distributor. The hydraulic motor of the rotation drive of the cutting disk with the flow governor is mounted between the delivery pipe of the hydraulic station and inlet of the fluid-pressure accumulator through the check valve. The additional hydraulic distributor connects the delivery pipe of the hydraulic station with the drain of the delivery pipe and inlet of the fluid-pressure accumulator through the hydraulic motor of the rotation drive of the cutting disk.
