FIELD: railway transport; automatic signaling and communication. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use at motor road and railroad crossings. Device has measuring resistor, first and second analog-to- digital converters, speed calculating unit with two information and control inputs to out of which closing relay is connected. Receiving relay is connected to relay end of track circuit. Output of first analog-to-digital converter is connected to first information input of speed calculating unit. Output of second analog-to-digital converter is connected to second information input of speed calculating unit. Control input of speed calculating unit is connected to supply source plus terminal through resting contact of receiving relay. EFFECT: provision of constant guard cut-in time over entire speed range of train. 3 dwg
