FIELD: railway transport; railway signaling and communication. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in internal traffic control systems for checking condition of track sections. AC generator is connected to one end of track circuit through first limiter, contacts of control and change-over relay and first transformer. Track relay is connected to other of track circuit through second transformer, contacts of change-over relay, filter and rectifier. Common contact of control relay is connected with second resting contact and fourth front contact of change-over relay. Second common contact of change-over relay is connected with one lead of primary winding of first track transformer whose second lead is connected with first common contact of change- over relay, and leads of secondary winding of first track transformer are connected with rails of one end of track circuit, one of rectifier terminals being connected with first poles of first and second capacitors and with first inputs of first and second analog-to-digital converter. Two track relays are connected with output of subtractor. Windings of control and change-over relays are coupled with supply source through contacts of corresponding pendulous transmitters. EFFECT: improved reliability in operation at reduced insulation resistance. 1 dwg
