FIELD: transport engineering; servicing facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed lifting device has base, frame installed on base, frame lifting mechanism drive, hydraulic cylinder, expansion tank for oil and connecting oil lines. Frame is installed on base for plane- parallel vertical travel relative to base under action of articulated swinging mechanism on which it is mounted, being hinge-coupled with rod of hydraulic cylinder hinge-coupled with base. Above0indicated drive mechanism arranged before frame consists of two pedals hinge- mounted on track of vehicle for turning in vertical plane, and levers connected with swinging mechanism for turning in vertical plane at lowering/lifting of frame. Levers are mechanically coupled through rollers on their free ends with pedals engaging with running gear of vehicle when the latter is being set on device under its own power. Device has special mechanism for holding the vehicle in upper horizontal position. This mechanism has hydraulic jacks installed on cross beams in front and rear parts of base. Working spaces of hydraulic jacks are interconnected by oil lines and are connected through non- return valve with rod space of above-indicated hydraulic cylinder, and, through control cock, with expansion tank. Spaces of hydraulic cylinder are interconnected through other control rock, and under-piston space of this hydraulic cylinder is connected with expansion tank through other non-return valve. EFFECT: reduced consumption of power. 2 cl, 1 dwg
