FIELD: diagnostics of caterpillar or wheel type transport vehicles. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes foundation, supporting-braking plate mounted on foundation for supporting tested machine, pulling-braking unit and hydraulic system. Supporting-braking plate is in the form of braking track with corrugated hooks. Pulling-braking unit has suspended link in the form of cylinder with lateral slits for stopper. Said link is mounted with possibility of motion along guiding sleeve. Powerful spring and hydraulic cylinder with compression spring placed on its rod that is rigidly connected by means of stopper with foundation are arranged in said link. Tested machine is joined by means of rope with foundation through guiding block rigidly secured to foundation and through movable block joined with suspended link. Hydraulic system includes hydraulic tank with cock, non-return valve, pressure gauge connected with over-piston cavity of hydraulic cylinder and oil ducts.
