SUBSTANCE: claimed steel comprises, wt %: carbon, 0.01-0.04; chromium, 9.5-13.5; nickel, 6.0-9.0; molybdenum, 0.8-4.0; cobalt, 2.5- 7.8; manganese, 0.1-0.9; silicon, 0.1- 0.75; vanadium, 0.03-0.3 nitrogen, 0.01-0.08; calcium, 0.001-0.05; cerium, 0.01-0.05; tungsten, 0.02-0.3; and iron, the balance.
