FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, and namely to making of high-strength corrosion-resistant martensite ageing steels used in power engineering industry for production of high-loaded elastic metal seals of detachable connections of power plants operating in corrosive media at temperatures of 20 to 723K. Steel contains the following component ratio, wt %: carbon up to 0.03, nitrogen up to 0.02, chrome 9.3-10.5, nickel 7.0-8.5, molybdenum 1.2-3.0, cobalt 3.5-7.0, vanadium 0.1-0.3, tungsten 0.05-0.2, manganese 0.05-0.15, silicone 0.05-0.15, calcium 0.001-0.05, cerium 0.001-0.05, niobium 0.05-0.15, titanium 0.01-0.08, yttrium 0.001-0.05, and iron is the rest.
EFFECT: increasing structural stability and resistance of hydrogen brittleness of manufactured elastic metal seals of cryogenic equipment, which provides for the required high tightness of detachable flange connections of power plants, and namely liquid propellant rocket engines (LPRE) with cryogenic fuel components.
