FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed epicyclic gear train has drive double-rim sun gear, movable and fixed ring gears, flexible slider rings, support slider rings and planet pinion clusters. The latter have internal splines and are installed on splined axles. Splined axles enclosed by flexible slider lie of support slider ring. Support and flexible slider rings are installed concentrically relative to drive sun gear. Middle rims of plant pinion clusters are in meshing with fixed ring gear and have the same number of teeth of similar type as extreme rims, but they are shifted in phase in its pitch circle relative to extreme rims by value multiple of ration of product of tooth pitch and difference in number of teeth of ring gears to number of planet pinion clusters. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified design of epicyclic gear train with provision of high gear ratio. 5 cl, 1 dwg
