FIELD: mechanical engineering; lifting and transportation facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed winch can be used for self-recovery of slipping car and for load lifting operations. Winch has housing, friction cable drum mechanically coupled with electric motor drive shaft through tubular shaft passing inside cantilever trunnion and through planetary reduction gear. Axial position of drum is fixed by limiter. Reel is mounted for rotation on trunnion. Flat belt cable is wound in one row on reel and its inner is secured or reel. Reel is provided with detachable pin joint with friction drum over mating surface. Tubular shaft is provided with flange to which movable crown gear of carrierless planetary drive with three central wheels is rigidly connected. Planetary drive includes double-rim planet pinions coming into engagement with driven sun gear by rims also meshing with fixed noncorrected crown gear belonging to ring-shaped housing of winch. Rims of planet pinions are divided by support ring and are installed between thrust end face rings. Adjusting screws belonging to movable crown gear are in contact with one of thrust end face rings. Movable crown gear is installed on housing on radial-thrust bearing. EFFECT: improved operating conditions. 5 cl, 1 dwg
