Sensory functions, emotions, impressive speech and game activity being evaluated with highest mark and general total being equal to 11-14 scores, light delay in psychical development is considered to be the case. Sensory functions, emotions and impressive speech being evaluated with highest mark and general total being equal to 8-10 scores, moderate delay in psychical development is considered to be the case. The general total being less than 7 scores, severe delay in psychical development is considered to be the case. Visual and spatial imagination is additionally evaluated in one year six month, one year nine month, two years old child. Sensory functions, emotions, impressive speech and game activity being evaluated with highest mark and general total being equal to 12-16 scores, light delay in psychical development is considered to be the case. Sensory functions, emotions and impressive speech being evaluated with highest mark and general total being equal to 8-12 scores, moderate delay in psychical development is considered to be the case. The general total being less than 8 scores, severe delay in psychical development is considered to be the case. Three-dimensional toys, horizontally and vertically cut flat pictures with one thing thereon and pictures with a plot are used for evaluating visual and spatial imagination. One year six month old child differentiating shape, size, the number of three- dimensional toys and flat pictures with one thing thereon and pictures with a plot, score 2 is set. The child differentiating shape, size, the number of three-dimensional toys and showing not enough accuracy in identifying flat pictures with one thing thereon and pictures with a plot, score 1 is set. The child showing not enough accuracy in efficiently determining horizontally cut pieces of flat pictures with one thing thereon and pictures with a plot and being unable to do it with vertically cut pictures but being able to build on sample, score 1 is set. The child showing no ability in efficiently determining both horizontally and vertically cut pieces of flat pictures with one thing thereon and pictures with a plot and being unable to build on sample, score 0 is set. A child showing ability to put together both horizontally and vertically cut pieces of flat pictures with one thing thereon and pictures with a plot on oral instruction, score 2 is set. The child showing ability to put together horizontally cut pieces of flat pictures with one thing thereon and pictures with a plot and making mistakes with vertically cut pictures, score 1 is set.
