FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering cholagogue herbs like Hypericum L., maize stigma, punctate milk thistle at a dose of two spoonful of decoction before taking meals and enzyme preparations like Enzystal, Creon, at a dose of one capsule three times a day immediately before taking meals. Enterosorbent is administered at the third-fourth day of treatment at a dose of 0.2 g/kg of body mass during 8-10 days. Cleansing enemas are administered at the beginning and every third day for cleansing intestine. Enemas are done with citric acid added to water in the amount of 0.5 g per 100 ml. Koumiss is administered at the fourth- fifth day at a dose of 1 glass before taking meals three times a day during 10-12 days. Then Bifidumbacterin, Colibacterin or Lactobacterin are administered for three days. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; provided repair of normal intestine microflora.
