FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine area, namely to methods of improvement of organism. The method includes medical starvation and clearing procedures. Thus duration of medical starvation makes not less than 6 days, and duration of regenerative period corresponds to duration of medical fast. At fast 1.5-2 litres of liquid is entered every day, respiratory gymnastics, massage, physiotherapy exercises, underwater shower-massage, medical baths, hydrocolonotherapy, physiotherapy are carried out . Broths of medical grasses are entered daily with 1 for 6 day of fast and the next 6 days. Cleanse during the fast is spent. a clyster is applied On 8th day after cleanse. 150 g of raisin on water is entered for 11th day of the fast which is preliminary steamed on 1 glass of boiled water, and 5 hours infused, thus the patient lays on applicator during 1 hour, then during 30 minutes eats 1 teaspoon of raisin and does water drink and so on yet will not eat all raisin and after that 1 hour lays on the applicator. A juice-fruit-vegetable diet is prescribed in the regenerative period.
EFFECT: method allows spending soft purification of organism that promotes general improvement and improvement of state of health.
