METHOD OF TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH ALIMENTARY ALLERGY Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, therapy, pediatrics. SUBSTANCE: method involves immunoreablement by enterosorption for 2.5-3 months being firstly with polyphepan (30-40 min before each meal in the dose 0.01-0.15 g/kg body weight) and then for the last 0.5-1 month with activated carbon and dose is decreased by 0.125-0.25 g each 3-4 days. Also, method involves the simultaneous carrying out the substitution enzyme therapy (15 min before meal, 3-4 times per a day decreasing a dose by 1/4 each 3-4 days before 10-15 days of treatment course termination), additional administration of plant cholagogue agents for 3-3.5 months, hepatoprotective therapy for 3-4 months, vitamin therapy with retinoids, antioxidants for 2-2.5 months, antiallergic therapy with intal for 4-6 months and successive immunocorrection of humoral T-link and system of neutrophil granulocytes and monocytes-macrophages. EFFECT: enhanced therapeutic effectiveness of treatment, recovery of immune system damage, elimination of alimentary allergen toxic metabolites from organism, prolonged remission. 2 tbl
