FIELD: manufacture of multilayer high-frequency thermally stable ceramic capacitors and microwave filters. SUBSTANCE: it is object of invention to solve problem of preparing material having low sintering temperature of 1080-1120 C sufficient to use silver-palladium electrodes containing at least 70% of silver and having dielectric constant from 22 to 60. As obvious from first embodiment of invention, high-frequency ceramic material comprises, wt %: zinc oxide, 16.0-23.9; niobium oxide, 47.4- 75.9; titanium oxide having rutile structure, 0.9-35.9. As is obvious from second embodiment of invention, high- frequency ceramic material comprises (ZnxNbyTiz)O2 in amount from 2 to 80 wt % wherein x is 0.17; y is 0.332 and z is 0.5. In this case, zinc niobate ZnNb2O6 is added in amount of 20-09 wt %. Low sintering temperature of 1080-1120; of the resulting materials makes it possible to use electrodes containing 30% or less of Pd, thus cutting down significantly manufacturing cost and allowing to manufacture thermally stable capacitors of comparatively low capacity and thermally stable microwave filters. Low dielectric losses tgδ = (0,3-2,5)×10-4 make it possible to manufacture highly reliable capacitors and multilayer microwave filters. EFFECT: improved properties of the high-frequency ceramic material. 3 cl, 4 tbl
