FIELD: materials for electronic technique, in particular for superhigh frequency and microwave technique.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solid solution compositions expressed by formula XLnMO3-(1-X)CaTiO3, wherein Ln represents La or Nd; M represents Al or Ga, with characteristics preferably suitable for superhigh frequency and microwave technique. In particular, composition has high dielectric constant, approximately zero, s = 43-48 with temperature coefficient τf approximately zero, and high magnitude of Q x f. Claimed composition is obtained by solid-state synthesis or chemical codeposition followed by deposit burning. Raw powders are synthesized by common ceramic technology.
