FIELD: removing foundations of reinforced concrete supports of railway contact systems and the like. SUBSTANCE: device has supporting base and gripper joined together by means of booster jacks and connected to hydraulic system of basic machine provided with derricking crane; supporting base has two self-setting slabs joined together by means of pins; lower supports of active booster jacks are installed in central part of self-setting slabs; upper ball bearings of booster jacks are mounted on gripper yoke; holders are installed in lower part of gripper engageable with foundation removing device and provided with their own clamping booster jacks; gripper yoke is provided with aligning spring-loaded rollers engageable with guiding cap pre-secured on foundation being removed by means of locking mechanism.
