FIELD: foundations, excavations and embankments, particularly removing sheet pile bulkheads, piles, mould-pipes or other moulds.
SUBSTANCE: plant comprises basic machine with jib crane, base and engaging means connected with the base by vertical power hydraulic cylinders. The engaging means is provided with horizontal power hydraulic cylinder connected with pumping unit and fastened to cross-arm provided with guiding rollers. The guiding rollers cooperate with head installed on anchoring bolt or foundation to be removed from ground. The engaging means has fixed self-placed jaws arranged from the first side of cross-arm and extending for the full width of anchoring bolt or foundation to be removed. The fixed jaws are supported by spherical bearings hinged to cross-arm and provided with rotation limiters. Movable self-placed jaws are connected to opposite cross-arm end in the similar way. The movable jaws are hinged to ends of transversal beam, which connects rods of horizontal power hydraulic cylinders of engaging means. Central part of transversal beam is provided with additional sliding jaw, which may move obliquely to transversal beam and fix thereof in extreme positions relatively above transversal beam. Working surface of movable jaw is of self-placed type. Guiding head is made as three-dimensional frame having dimensions of horizontal rectangular cross-section equal to that of anchoring bolt or foundation to be removed. Two asymmetric guiding chamfers are made in upper part of the frame. Lower frame part is provided with four screw self-placed clamps adapted to fix the head on conical remainder contact system pier part or on outer surface of service pipe previously installed in pier orifice. Plant also has rotary frame with fixer, which fixes the rotary frame in working position and two rotary flaps connected to the rotary frame. Locking-and-spacing insert is connected to rotary flaps, as well as screw self-placed clamps are connected in pairs to the rotary flaps to provide head connection to outer anchoring bolt surface by means of built-in lugs or to inner cylindrical foundation surface.
EFFECT: possibility to withdraw anchoring bolts and deep foundations having height-varying cross-sectional profiles.
