SUBSTANCE: device has gripping and supporting mechanisms joined together by vertical hydraulic power cylinders connected to pump station installed on base machine equipped with jib crane. Gripping mechanism is made in the form of self-aligning jaws fastened to ends of double-armed levers provided with journals carrying contracting hydraulic cylinders. Supporting mechanism is made in the form of clamp enclosing support being extracted and has opening stop leaves.
