CLEARING MINER Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: mining industry, mining of mineral resources by underground methods. SUBSTANCE: clearing miner includes rotary reduction gears of cutting part with electric motors and actuators, reduction gears of feeding part with shafts, axles, driving and pin-wheels, pump set, electric unit, supports on which frame of miner is placed above flight of conveyer. Face supports come in the form of skids resting against shoulder of conveyer on its face side. Loading supports are manufactured in the form of grippers bearing against round guide on side of fall. Frame of miner is mounted for movement and fixing at distances from supports varying in height. Feeding part has bearing shaft made fast to rotary bracket and rigidity intensifier in which bore bearing shaft is mounted for turning. Rotary bracket is hinged in bore of body of reduction gear of feeding part for turn around axis of bearing shaft together with the latter. Bearing shaft is hinged to body of reduction gear of feeding part via lugs and hydraulic cylinder. On loading side of miner bearing shaft has lever made fast to it whose other end carries loading support mounted on axle of fork of rotary bracket. Pin-wheel installed in similar way is coupled to output shaft of reduction gear of feeding part via driving wheel. EFFECT: provision for adjustment of height of miner. 3 cl, 6 dwg
