FIELD: spectroscopy, study of structure and composition of chemical compounds. SUBSTANCE: method includes double-frequency pulse action on multilevel spin system with basic frequencies equal to frequencies of two transfers and recording of response signals whose envelope is used to pass judgment on rate of relaxation across one of transfers owing to change of duration of pumping pulse on the other transfer. Two RH pulses are used additionally to act across recorded transfer and envelopes of basic and stimulated echoes are employed to evaluate rate of change of lateral and longitudinal relaxation. EFFECT: extraction and determination of basic relaxation constants across each excited transfer of spin system. 4 dwg
