FIELD: information display facilities. SUBSTANCE: screen has opposing front transparent and rear walls, set of parallel pairs of data electrodes mounted in insulating layer on inner side of front wall, and shielding layer made on insulating layer. Inner side of rear wall mounts sets of relatively parallel address electrodes and spacer barriers placed between these sets in parallel with address electrodes to form discharge-gas filled channels between front and rear walls. Phosphor layers are provided between spacer barriers along each address electrode. Data and address electrodes are made in the form of cloth whose warp is formed by alternating electricity-conducting and insulating threads and cloth weft, by insulating threads, or vice versa. Insulating threads provide for holding conducting ones in desired position relative to each other.
