FIELD: building industry; treatment of non-solidified surfaces made of solid concrete mixes. SUBSTANCE: floating working element performs composite polyharmonic vibrations while performing rotating and translational movements along surface being finished. Self-regulating unbalance installed inside roll of floating device has centrifugal governor, cross-beam, two communicating cylinders with pistons and opposing spring installed in them. Roll extensions are mounted in bearings in eccentric shells of bearing one of these shells being joined to shaft of eccentric-motion drive pulley. The latter installed on shaft imparts translational motion to roll relative to its central axis by means of gimbals drive. EFFECT: improved quality and stability of floating surface. 1 dwg
