SUBSTANCE: the roll working surface is formed by sections of conveyer belt attached to the roll framework. Loads are fastened on the free ends of the conveyer belt.
EFFECT: enhanced quality of the process surface: compacted surface layer and enhanced service life of the smoothing member.
