FIELD: methods for production of articles from polymeric materials, applicable from the moment of molding of a batch blank to the stage of completion of the process of rigging of tank from non-conducting material with additional members of sealing and liquid filtration. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in the fact that a mould is filled with a mix of polymeric material for contact engagement of the injected mass of polymeric material in the working cavities of the mould in the process of filling of the upper and lower mould models of the molded tank. The mix of polymeric material is brought to the state of sublimation, nut not higher than to 280 C with due account made for additional heating. The mould is additionally heated just after its filling with sublimation plastic material, but not more than by 50 C for contact engagement of the injected mix of polymeric material with the cooled surface of the mould. After filling of the tank shell moulds with polymeric material relative to the parting line a stiff joint of the produced tank moulds is performed by local interface heating of engageable edges of mould joints. The upper and lower parts of the mould are produced for production the shell section of the entire forming external interface of the tank shaped profile at a pressure on the mix of polymeric material up to 2.5 MPa and speed of its feed within 1 to 4 m/s. Provision is made for an original increase of speed by 2 to 8% of the rate of mould filling by its frequency motion at a decrease of the tribotechnical condition of the surfaces between polymeric material and the walls of the mould inner cavity.
