FIELD: designing high-pressure hydraulic cylinders. SUBSTANCE: first, parameters of cylinder liner are selected depending on required pressure and working stroke, after which type of end blanks and their threaded members are determined; piston is fitted with flexible collars; end blanks are assembled with flexible members and with one of ends of hydraulic cylinder rod in step-by-step manner and rod and piston are rigidly interconnected; free projection of piston is fitted with pulling trunnion; position of center of its hole is aligned with rated stroke of rod inside liner of hydraulic cylinder, after which positions of end blanks are coordinated and their end faces are tightened relative to end faces of hydraulic cylinder linear; blind circular grooves are made on linear is opposite directions in area near its end faces for receiving flexible split metallic rings for which threaded members connecting the linear and blank with intermediate locking rings and washers are selected; rod and piston are interconnected by means of step of cylindrical projection and by means of circular flat of piston relative to bearing end face; end face of blank is rigidly connected with additional flange fitted with flexible collar; at least one flexible auxiliary collar is fitted in inner circular grooves of end blanks; threaded projection of rod is used as base bearing surface for trunnion where axial location of trunnion position is effected due to axial motion of nut locking the trunning on threaded surface of projection of hydraulic cylinder rod; each blank is rigidly locked relative to end face of hydraulic cylinder liner; to this end, adjacent envelope zone of liner is provided with split ring received by rectangular cylindrical groove; each blank is rigidly locked relative to end face of hydraulic cylinder linear; thermoplastic films are additionally formed in linear; these films have circular and coaxial spiral direction; these films are used to avoid development of cranks arising due to cyclic stresses; use is made of linear property of flexible collars for multi-operation finishing of surface layer of liner working space; in forming the thermoplastic films, linear is flexibly compressed in its center portion, thus creating the effect of stressed state directed towards axis of hydraulic cylinder in radial direction predetermining behavior of above-mentioned strength films excluding forming of barrel-shaped surface in working position of sleeve, thus enhancing efficiency and reliability of hydraulic cylinders at high pressures ranging from 0.5 to 12.5 MPa.
