FIELD: physico-mechanical and thermoplastic action on tubular blanks made of polyethylene materials, applicable in production of various domestic and industrial articles. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in selection of waste of homogeneous compound with a dispersity within 0.01 to 7 g. Screw conveyor loading of material is accomplished with an interval of heating of the fed mix within 120 to 185 C with a decrease of material heating temperature down to 140 to 175 C of the presublimation state of the material at a simultaneous rotary speed of the screw conveyer within 19 to 50 rpm and a batch feed of material to the hopper of the vacuum-blow machine, where the thermal effect is combined with the air pressure within 1.0 to 2.5 MPa. Material is fed to the mould through the mandrel extension at a fixed temperature of the material of 140 C and duration of the mix stand within 10 to 55 s. After that forced cooling of the mould is performed with a subsequent separation of it. The quantity of processed waste with an identical dispersity may attain not more than 30% of total mass of the produced blank. After cutting of the article the blank is cooled off, the appearance is checked, the article capacity is measured, sealing of closed objects of articles is checked, the mass is specified, overall dimension and mounting dimensions are checked.
