FIELD: agriculture, chemical and petroleum chemical industry, metallurgy and municipal facilities. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has tubular reaction chamber and rotating electromagnetic field inductor enclosing reaction chamber, three-phase thyristor converter, movable grid provided with pusher and adapted for changing the volume of apparatus working zone, and hollow pipe with welded end. Heater or cooler is positioned inside hollow pipe. Hollow pipe is positioned for reciprocating axially of working zone, has sectional area making 10-40% of section area of apparatus, and has hermetically sealed end positioned in apparatus working zone. Movable grid has pusher formed as hollow pipe and temperature sensor disposed adjacent to pusher end, in the vicinity of movable grid, and operating in magnetic field. Ratio of length of working zone with induced rotating electromagnetic field and its diameter is 4-10.
