FIELD: processing of liquids and loose materials.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises housing that receives the reaction chamber made of nonmagnetic cylindrical housing and lids provided with supplying and discharging branch pipes. The chamber has working zone with ferromagnetic particles and is provided with axial magnetic circuit that is made without grooves and winding made of ring of rectangular cross-section. The working zone of the chamber is formed by the inner side of the lid, inner side of the chamber housing, and one of two faces of the axial magnetic circuit that is used as a side yoke and protected with a casing. The magnetic circuit of the inductor represents a ring of rectangular cross-section whose faces are provided with grooves that receive the three-phase winding.
