FIELD: municipal engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has tubular reaction chambers with outlet ends connected to accumulating vessel. Each reaction chamber is filled with ferromagnetic particles and is embraced with running or rotary electromagnetic field inductor. Apparatus is further provided with at least two axially aligned modules, each having housing composed of two cylinders and adapted for reaction chambers. Inner cylinder defines accumulating vessel. Outlet ends of reaction chambers are positioned tangentially to inner cylinder wall. Axially aligned and connected modules define single inner vessel. Each module is offset by 20-30 deg relative to superposed module. Each module is equipped with circular dispensing collector and receptacles for hermetically interconnecting one accumulating chamber with the other. Apparatus is used for activating physicochemical and mechanophysical processes, and phases are separated by means of centrifugal devices. Apparatus of such construction is used in different branches of industry where large amounts of sewage water are created.
