FIELD: chemistry of polymers. SUBSTANCE: describes is method of hardening material by stepwise heating and maintenance till hardened composite material is formed. Heating of composite material is carried out from room temperature to 93-96 C at rate of 0.8-1.2 C/min, composite material is maintained at above-indicated temperatures for 28-32 minutes, is thereafter heated to 150+2 C at rate of 1.9-2.2 C/min, maintained at aboveindicated temperature till hardened composite material is formed. During heating operation, values, of electric conduction and loss tangent of dielectric are constantly measured, and hardening process is completed till above-indicated constant values with respect to time are attained. EFFECT: simplified technology of preparing composite binder-based materials, reduction of time of preparation thereof by almost two times, and improved quality of the materials. 2 ex, 3 tbl
