FIELD: paper for manufacture of securities. SUBSTANCE: valuable paper contains material with protective members including protective thread embedded into material body at different levels and positioned so that it may appear on surface within zone of maximum depth. Fibers of pure cotton are also embedded into paper material. Protective members contain colored fluorescent filaments and at least one multicolored and/or bulky water mark positioned on at least part of paper surface. Such paper is used for manufacture of banknote, bond, check, important documents etc requiring protection from counterfeit.
