FIELD: automation of flow-through domestic municipal gas thermotechnical objects. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes valve 3 loaded by spring 1 for delivery of gas to burner 2; valve 3 is provided with adjustable rod 4 which is linked with member of water unit 7 which is movable when water flows through pipe line 5 of water preheater (which is ensured by opening of shut-off valve 6); water unit 7 is made in form of piston 8 fitted with throttle in form of orifice 9 found in body of piston 8 connecting under-piston space 10 and above-piston space 12; space 10 is connected with cold tap water supply branch pipe 11; space 12 is connected with inlet of pipe line 5 of water heater where water is heated from gas burner 2 fitted at open gas cock 13 by ignition burner 14 in heat exchanger 15 with shut-off valve 6 open.
