FIELD: high-frequency power supply systems for accelerators of charged particles. SUBSTANCE: invention specifically refers to high-frequency power supply systems of resonance accelerators from magnetrons. Transmission resonator is placed between ferrite valve and resonator section in accelerator with high-frequency power supply unit incorporating magnetron connected via ferrite valve to resonator section.
