FIELD: accelerators with radio-frequency supply systems from magnetrons. SUBSTANCE: the accelerator with a radio-frequency supply unit, in which the magnetron is connected to the first port of the ferrite circulator, the standing-wave resonator section is connected to the second port of the ferrite circulator, the absorbing load is connected to the fourth port of the circulator, is featured by the fact that it is provided with a nonresonant accelerating section with travelling wave and a phase shifter, the nonresonant section with travelling wave is connected to the third port of the circulator via the phase shifter. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of the accelerator due to use of the energy of the wave reflected from the resonator section with standing wave in transient condition for acceleration of particles. 2 dwg
