FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device (for instance, needleless injector) has spring 130, providing required power reserve, and output member movable under spring force for making output. The first position of fixing member 108 is distinguished in that the output member is hold unmovable. The second position enables the fixing member to move. Actuating member enables user to set fixing member 108 in action in transferring it from the first position into the second one. Protective mechanism is used for preventing the fixing member from moving to the second position. It has groove 109 of the corresponding form and is active until the device is completely assembled.
