FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the capsule has a filling adapter attached to it by means of a detachable fragile joint. The capsule has a chamber for reception of the substance to be injected; the chamber is equipped with an injecting opening and a piston that can move inside it. The adapter has an opening communicating with the capsule chamber through the injecting opening. The capsule is filled by introduction of the substance to be injected to the capsule chamber through the injecting opening, and an excessive contents of this substance - to the adapter opening, and separation of the adapter opening from the environment by means of a sealing device, after that the adapter opening remains partially filled with the excessive amount of the substance being injected.
