FIELD: microbiology, cytology, biochemistry and sanitation. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes analytic filter, supporting screen located in base connected with filtrate receiver by means of pipe line and funnel for delivery of liquid to be filtered. Overturned bottle containing liquid to be filtered is used as funnel. Device is additionally provided with holder in which overturned bottle is placed; holder is secured to base; it is made from tube whose inner diameter exceeds diameter of bottle neck but is lesser than depth of maximum immersion in tube; length exceeds this depth by 1 to 5 mm. EFFECT: increased rate of filtration at reduced time required for filling the funnel. 1 dwg
