FIELD: aeronautical engineering; hydroaviation. SUBSTANCE: amphibian aeroplane has hull with planning steps; hull is tapered in aft portion and tip is raised to height equal to limiting height of wave for aeroplane. Aeroplane is provided with tail unit, cargo hatch and stairway. Cargo hatch is made in bulkhead at last frame of aft section of hull. Cargo hatch is closed with fairing formed by two flaps. Flaps are mounted movably and turnable on axles located in parallel with transversal axis of flying vehicle. Lower portion of bulkhead changes to second planing step. Lower flap of fairing is made in form of ladder and its outside lines have angle of transversal deadrise in lower portion. Transversal deadrise angle reduces along length of flap from its magnitude at hull bottom at second planning plane to zero at tip of fairing. EFFECT: simplified construction of amphibian aeroplane and reduced mass. 6 dwg
