SUBSTANCE: described is chlorosulfonated polyethylene-base composition comprising filler, hardener and solvent. Solvent includes vinyl aromatic monomers selected from group consisting of styrene, alpha-methyl styrene, vinyl toluene, hardener includes cedox system consisting of peroxide initiator and tertiary aromatic amine, and composition further comprises phosphorus-containing, ratios of components being as follows, wt %: chlorosulfonated polyethylene, 10-25; vinyl aromatic monomer, 88-95; filler, 3-8; peroxide initiator, 0.8-3; tertiary aromatic amine, 0.3-1; phosphorus-containing dimetacrylate, 5-12.
