FIELD: alcoholic and liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: starch-containing raw is milled and mixed with water activated in membrane electrolyzer with redox-potential (+900 - +1200) mV and pH 1.0-2.0 and mixture is treated at 100-120 C for 30 min, not less, saccharified (hydrolysis) with boiled malt mass enzymes and obtained wort is fermented with yeast at 23-25 C in reactor. Mash is distilled off to obtain crude alcohol: the first fraction has 80-83% of alcohol, the second fraction has 70-79% of alcohol and the third fraction has 40-59% of alcohol and these fractions are subjected for rectification separately and alcohol concentration is brought about to 95-96%. Soybeans or okara (oil cake) obtained from soybeans by squeezing soybean milk on filter-press is used as starch- -containing raw. Before wort fermentation with yeast soybean meal prepared from germinated soybeans treated preliminary with growth stimulating agent for 3 h, not less, before germination is added to wort in the ratio 10:1, not above. Water activated in membrane electrolyzer with negative redox- -potential (-500-900) mV and pH 9.0-11.0 taken in the amount 50% of soybeans mass, not less, is used as a growth stimulating agent. Dry soybean milk or dry milk whey serum taken in the amount 0.5-5.0 kg/1000 ml of alcohol is added to crude alcohol of 1, 2 and 3 fraction before its rectification followed by stirring each fraction and settling for 3 h, not less, followed by filtration. Obtained alcohol is mixed with an aqueous solution of salt activated in membrane electolyzer with negative redox-potential (-500-900) mV and pH 9.0-11.0 taken in the amount that is sufficient to obtain 40% in mixture. Mixture of salts NaCl, KCl, CaCl2,MgCl2 is used as salts source being in the same ratios as in human blood plasma with total salt concentration 10 g/l, not above. Salt ratio in activated solution is 80:2:2:1, respectively. Invention provides the possibility of purification or treatment of alcohol or vodka using available technological equipment and components ensuring to neutralize effect of toxic substances containing in alcohol or vodka.
